“Kakigori” Shaved ice is a summer tradition in Japan, essentially comprising of 2 main ingredients : Azuki (red beans) and Kouri (ice). Keeping up with the quality and inspiration of Florilege restaurant, various French cooking concepts such as texture, temperature difference, contrast, and dressing are applied to creating the best Kakigori for your enjoyment. “Oyatsu no Jikan” ( literally “time for snacks”) is an extension of the original “Azuki to Kouri” store in Tokyo, with more delectable snacks on offer incl. signature French Toast, Matcha beverages and more.
Kakigori menu is updated daily and subject to seasonality and availability of produce.
